Honest answers

Questions we get a lot.

Plain answers. If yours isn't here, the phone number is in the footer.

Is it cheaper to book direct?
Yes — always. You get our best price here, plus 20% off every night when you string several of our hotels into one trip. No middleman markup.
Do I need a card to check rates?
No. Checking availability and prices is free and takes no card — you only enter payment when you actually book.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, at all four hotels — a proper breakfast, not a buffet afterthought. The exact hours are on each hotel's page.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. After that, the first night is charged.
Can I check in late?
Yes — self check-in works at any hour. We send your door code by SMS before you arrive, so a midnight arrival after a long drive is no problem.
Are pets allowed?
It varies by hotel — check the "Good to know" on the hotel's page, or just call us. We are locals and we pick up the phone.
